Anyone have any experience with Zillow Instant Offers?
I recently submitted one of the properties I have that I've been toying with the idea of selling and was surprised that what they are offering is basically in line with if I sold it traditionally.
Anyone ever use them? |

Zillow has been around a long time now so I'm sure it's on the up & up.. I used them and rode around with an agent of theirs when I looked at houses in Austin over 10 years ago. I love their site for finding/researching properties.

No but I use them for everything from finding tenants to screening them. They are awesome.
