I have a list of 9,000 models

I run a site that specializes in adult services and customized premium content made on demand for our customers. Over the course of the last 3 years of operation, my website has generated over 9,000 applications from female models (all 18+), with full name, email, phone number, birthdate, experience, 4 sample pictures, where they heard of our site, etc. I get about 25-35 applications a day.

Since I'm trying to keep the site HQ with the best models possible, I do not accept all of them. In fact, I actually only hire maybe 1 out of 20 most of the time. The girls that apply are usually a "7" or "8" in terms of looks, but I'm actually only hiring 9's and 10's.

So for the ones that get denied (nicely) via email, I offer for them to check out ManyVids (I provide a blog post full review of Many Vids I wrote for them to read over. It's about a 5 min read with a plethora of information and graphics, all organized well with my affiliate link embedded throughout the post). Conversions have been okay'ish. I've generated about $250.00 in revshare, which is not great. I would like to send these denied models to a different offer to monetize them more efficiently with a higher CR.

If you were in my shoes with 30 applicants/day, where would you point them to for a similar offer? Thanks in advance.

I would hire them for my lesbian shoots and pay you 20 %... but they must be in Central Europe. How is that for monetization ?

So yesterday I edited my autoresponder sequence to switch from sending denied models from ManyVids to now OnlyFans. So far I have about 21 models that signed up (referrals), but I won't make any revshare until they earn their first $20.00, then it's 5% going forward. I scoped out a few of the accounts they made. About 11 of them have a full header pics, avatar and brief profile info. The others just have a generic account made. Feeling hopeful! I should have close to 100 referrals in a week by the rate of applications my site has been getting. I just can't sustain all of them unfortunately.

Anyone have any other ideas for monetizing them (remotely).

Well. I counted and saw I have 78 models referred and signed up at OnlyFans. The only revenue I've earned through the 5% rev share is $0.55. I'm quite perplexed actually. But the more I think about it, I'm starting to believe that it will be very tough for these models, who are decent looking (6's, 7,s, and 8's) to make any money or recruit fans without a following.

Anyone else know a good place I could monetize the models I decline? Looking for decent revshare %. Thx.

If you follow any of the models on Twitter, you will see many of them complaining about not making much money in the various channels that are available to them. A lot of them are attractive and popular girls as well.

It's going to take the really good ones to make some bank it seems.

With that kind of volume, I would suggest creating a studio account with the various sites, under which you will sign up the models. Since most have no clue how to market themselves, partner up with one of the more successful cam models, who will help vent and educate them. We can do this for you, but honestly you can do this on your own.

Getting answers to an advert of any kind is the first step in a long journey to making money. But you're on your way.

Teach them how to make videos of themselves so they stand out as people rather than just another model. This is essential in an over subscribed market. One of the biggest complaints from consumers is the machine/automated look of videos today.

Next build a site for all the videos and get the girls to market themselves. Also use other sites to sell the videos through.

Don't expect to get rich quick.

If you're curious about the programs that pay us the most, in order it's
  1. OnlyFans
  2. Centro
  3. Chaturbate (unfortunately not revshare)
  4. BongaCams
  5. ManyVids

Hope that helps! If you'd like to shoot the shit about what we may be able to work out, shoot an email to [email protected] and CC [email protected]. While we're at it, let's also talk about how we might also be able to prospect leads for you.

Cheers!

Not a bad idea. I'd have to really organize it well which would take forever haha. But I could probably script it after that.

I've begun implementing this idea. Thank you!
How much do you think a reasonable subscription to this kind of data should run?

The info I collected for 10k models now is:

*Submission Date
*Name
*How Did You Hear About Us
*Birthday
*Email
*Phone Number
*Previous Adult Experience

*Photo #1 (Face)
*Photo #2 (Body w/ Face)
*Photo #3 (Model Pick)

*Please acknowledge (required)
--I am comfortable taking naked/nude pictures/videos of myself
--I am comfortable sending naked/nude pictures/videos of myself to customers
--I am comfortable taking requests from customers (Ex: Masturbation, strip tease, moaning, etc)
--I certify that I am at least 18 years or older in age.
--I certify that I understand that this is an adult related position and that exposure to nudity is to be expected.
--I certify that I understand that I will be expected to expose myself in nudity in front of my audience/followers.

You work quick - If you compare with industry sites, anywhere from $17 - $35+ /m for access and you need to put your new talent in regularly.

you seem smart. Send them to work for some quality cam site and get paid for refering models

You have very nice traffic with big leads possibilities. If not cam site and monetizing cam models referals, then I would talk privately with some paysites and cam sites. But that would require more private partnerships, word-word business without stats... based on trust. more work.
Alternatively, you may send them some product that only women like :P

Here is a beta version of Pollux's Content Producers Database, which is fully operational.

Have a look:
clickmetertracking .com/model-database

Can't post links quite yet, so just fix the URL spacing to access.

I'll be coming up with a domain in the next few days. Does this have potential?

Good start - a touch too garish if I do say so - reminds me of the cheap parts of Vegas. You want a bit more of a community feel, like for serious producers and studios. Market to them, and 99% of your customers will be amateurs who want to see pussy but they'll feel like serious producers. The cam markets are always looking to staff up so make sure they're happy with it.

Do you code or just design?

FYI when you right click on the blurred thumbs you get the fullsize image unblurred, might want to change that.

Thank for the the input. I only spent about 3 hours on this. I wanted to get something together as a MVP (minimal viable product) and have it evolve from there. I didn't want to spend days designing, coding and marketing if it would be a flop. I have intentions to professionalize this up a good bit. So less....sales'y? Now that I slept on it, it looks more like a sales page to me haha.

I've done all my own coding, but that's only because I have a tenacity for figuring out how to do it. I'm more of a designer. If I can generate demand for this project, I'll prob end up moving it to a different platform and hire a dev to help me out with a few things.

Great catch. I have disabled right click for now. The images are on a 3rd party server, so I don't have much control over them. It was a raw import from my spreadsheet with URL links to the images. I just coded the page to show them as images with a blur filter. I'll continue to try to improve this. Thx!

Good stuff. https://5starsnaps.wixsite.com/mysite-7/preview

Put more than 5 models to a page and start to categorise them. So shooters can look for their specific choices.

I plan on implementing filters and sorts at the top of the listing

Filter models who have experience in:
-Photoshoots
-Webcamming
-SnapChat
-Stripping/Dancing

Sorting models by:
-Age
-Submission date
-Experienced in adult

I'm still undecided on what the true value of this information is worth. I've had 6 people already subscribe to the database and have gotten excellent feedback. I'm thinking the pricing is too low. Especially if I must manually import the new models daily. It takes only a min, but still requires my attention.
What are your thoughts?

You'll price yourself out of the market for the vast number of amateurs, but producers will pay more if they get good models. You might implement a two tier pricing system with early access and producer ads for a "platinum" account

New updates to the database (short URL https://clickmetertracking.com/model-database)
(Still looking or thinking about a domain name for it. Anyone has any suggestions?)
  • Filtering functionality (search box), can now filter based on keywords such as "Photoshoots", "Webcam", "Boudoir", "Stripper", etc
  • Sortable data among three different criteria (Submission Date, Age, Has Adult Exp)
  • Total listings number (in header)
  • Time updated (in header)
  • Expanded the displayed amount of records from 5 to 10 at a time

For everyone that has subscribed so far, the Search Box filter has advanced capabilities which now allows you to search/filter all fields, including Adult Experience, Name, Birthday, Phone Number, Email, Submission Date, etc.

The preview mode only allows you to search/filter the "Adult Experience" field.

Out of 9,400+ current models, there are definitely tons of A+ gems in there. I can entertain your suggestion of have a multi-tier payment/access system, but I really don't want to get involved with ranking models and sorting them based on those ranking numbers. That's a time vampire of a project I really don't want to take on. But I know this would be a premium feature to have. Lot to think about.

What are your thoughts on the pricing per tiers? Any suggestions?

Also, based on what you see up until right now, what's this database worth?

My thoughts!!!

Selling subscriptions is not the way to go. Sort out the good looking ones first and contact them to make sure they're serious. Then be their agent, you'll need to acquire a long list of people who will book them. When they're done work on the less attractive ones. Charging 20% of the modelling fee is better than what you are charging now. You might need to change that for webcam girls.

Or just raise the price for a one time subscription. Professionals will pay $200+ for a decent list of models and you'll find your 6 members soon cancel their memberships.

Or to earn the most, go back to my original idea. Teach the girls how to shoot something in their own capabilities, styles and limits, send you the material, edit it and submit it to all the sites that are looking for content from models. Also make your own site. Hard work but the best return.

Be wary of amateurs. Advise girls to go with a male escort or to do it on their turf.

Don't rank the models, rank the payers. The bigger the payment, the better the rank. That requires no time.

When models are entered, platinum gets 48 hours early access. Just a thought. By the way this is common.

Not sure what you mean, I meant amateur producers, i.e. people who don't do it full time or even regularly. That is 99.8% of all paid photographer profiles on ModelMayhem and 99% of all adult.

For % offers, I'd recommend testing again in the fall, as this time of year traditionally is the worst for making money in digital adult.

Part time professionals are professionals. Amateurs are the guys shooting naked girls for the privilege of seeing a naked female.

Exactly - but for sites like this, they pay monthly and almost never contact the girls beyond emails.

11 subscribers as of now. Only from GFY, great. 2 of the subscribers wrote in via the contact form to request additional features at a higher price they'd be glad to pay. They want me to provide a number of over attractiveness 1-10, which can then be sortable and filterable. I've already commenced this add-on but it will take some time. The price will be increasing in the next few days for new subs, so enjoy it at 20 bucks while it's here.

I never intended to spin this off into an "agency" as many are suggesting. I kind of wanted some quick flip cash for short term gain. Analogy: I found a free tractor in perfect shape at an auction and wish to sell it. But everyone is telling me to buy a farm, hire staff and raise crops then sell the crops one at a time.

However, I do very much appreciate everyone's input, suggestions, and guidance. I love you guys for that. Thank you, sincerely.

Can anyone point me to other examples of sites/platforms similar to what I'm doing?

Build a time machine and go back to 1999. There is no quick cash in adult today. How much has it cost you to get to $200? In time and money.

I understand that. The other platforms I have built have taken a lot of time, but are profitable, just crossing $100k this year with no advertising.

Now I am trying to squeeze out all the juice from the orange by monetizing the models that applied to those platforms, who were denied.

As to answer your question about how long it took me to build out a model database site? A few days. Roughly 20 hours.
