Read a story about a deaf man suing PornHub for lack of closed-caption options for users. The Disabilities Act Law makes it illegal to discriminate against deaf people.
I’m thinking that he has a good case and other streaming porn companies are ready to accommodate deaf people. The amount awarded, if he wins, could be substantial.
