How does Paxum work in UK?

As title says, I would appreciate if someone can help me regarding these questions, because I'm planning to open Paxum account. So far I was using only PayPal, Payoneer and Crypto.

So, how does it works, how can I send/withdraw funds from it, what currency will I get (GBP, USD or EUR), how long does it take to get account approved, basically all needing info would be helpful...???

Thanks in advance guys!

Cheers!

I is in the UK and I do does av paxum. At one point in the past I cud only get paid in Euros so i went 2 my bank and got euro account - Then, using EFT they sended funds 2 my bank in euros. More recently, they have made it so I can just withdraw funds direct to my main UK accunt, in UKP, coz they av my viza debit number, but i still wivdraw in euros coz its my rainy day savings fund and i wont touch it if its in ueros. They kontol xchange rates, but its not entirly over the top. Costs a few bucks 4 eft, but again no biggy...

But yeah, pretty easy and straight forward really. The UK is '1st world' so not really any pooblems tbh. I aint had no pooblems wiv it really.

CS apooved 4 the UK.

Regular bank transfer from my Paxum USD account to my sterling bank account. It costs 25 dollars and the currency exchange is handled by the bank. I did piss around one month moving it to a Paxum EUR account first and then EFT to bank account, lower fees for EFT but double whammy on currency conversions so ended up only saving a quid or two. Simpler to just go with the regular transfer. Just a couple of clicks and I'm done. It takes about 5 days to hit your account I believe.

Well, tbh, I've never actually had any problems with it myself. I get paid by companies, I don't let it build up and I withdraw it regularly... I dont send paxum money to anyone - I don't need to... I'm a very 'simple user' of the service.

I don't try and do exchanges with people, which paxum dont like, and I was able to provide the ID that paxum need to stay compliant with KYC regulations. Ruth has helped me out before, on a couple of occasions when I wasn't sure how to do it at first, and fair play to her, she went above and beyond in making sure I was happy..

I'm just a 'nobody' to to Paxum. I genuinely just have an extremely modest amount passing through them, as I'm basically retired anyway, so I am certainly not a VIP customer of theirs. But Ruth treated me as if I was.

Obviously I read stuff on GFY which isn't so good from time to time, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't, but all in all, I am happy with paxum personally and am happy to recommend them from the 'How is paxum for a resident of the UK' point of view.

YMMV of course, but as long as you don't try to use it as a bank and keep large amounts of money stored there away from the taxman etc, and you are not doing anything shady, then from a UK perspective, I dont see a problem.
