While the smell may appear from the mouth, its source is most often the gut.

If you have access to a lemon wedge, consider chewing on the rind/peel/skin, then swallowing it.

It's natural, and has a longer lasting positive effect over the imbalance found in the stomach.

Always use the tongue scraper in the morning. It's more if i've been out and about a few hrs then end up having to go to the store for something, it's like "ahh shit."

When i wear one I don't like to talk or open my mouth at all. Not because of bad breath but because its makes the mask moist. I also don't like to make eye contact with people.
