I just finished upload videos to my tube site and i need some tips and opinions please .(pornrats . com) ...It`s not finished
How i start to get more traffic ? What i need to change ?

Do not mix gay stuff with straight stuff.
When I see your homepage I thought it is a gay tube.
Maybe you make it gay/shemale only if you like it.

Don't forget that straight man mostly don't like visit a site with much gay stuff again.

Also - why u share it, when it's not finished? I mean when I start to say what have to changed you will say 90% of that is coming soon. And I don't want write down all things just to hear that.

Finish your site, then share it for a review.

Obviously they are new to this and need advice from more experienced peeps like us here.

So... First things first... Finish your site! Organize it and make a great and simple, but memorable logo. Go to IFTTT and connect with Twitter and Reddit. Schedule auto-posting from feed to your site's official Twitter profile and category related sub-reddits on Reddit. Be careful not to post too much - 20-30 posts per day per account is quite enough or you might get banned. Add some ad spaces from EroAdvertising, PlugRush and get the wonderful smart tools of Sublime Revenue. Make bank! Good luck!

Fix your site/hosting first, when clicking a video/thumb it takes forever to load or even returns a blank page.

Actually - no. Having a full-length every now and then could actually help traffic generation. Especially the vintage ones, which are pretty much everywhere.I remember Rocco's Tarzan X made quite a lot of traffic for one of our tubes and still does. Make sure to note actors. Oh yes - and do not steal videos. Get them legally from legit sources. I remember an asshole filed so many complaints about us on Google, Reddit, our hosting, our CDN, you name it, only to finally realize we legally have their content by a distributor they signed with, but forgot they hold no rights on the materials anymore, no matter it is them on the materials. I did not want to sue his ass for damage caused. He damaged himself and his reputation enough already. Funny thing is, people don't even amaze or amuze me with their bullshit anymore.

Change the xStreamer logo top left to a PornRats one. No need to have the name of the script up there. Plenty of online logo generators available for free.

In all honesty, you'd be better off with the xStreamer one than the new one. At least until you make one with a transparent .png background and readable type size...

Gay guys do not like seeing anything remotely female... like shemale boobs. So mixing those two is a bad idea. To be honest, gay should have it's own site, but if not, it should have it's own section completely devoid of anything female like including ads.

Well from working in gay content/live feeds straight men visit gay content a lot more than people think - gay men don't do the reverse.

That being said - most going to a tube site do not want to see all of that up front - prefer to see at least the categories to pick and choose OR at least the top searched or highest rated videos of the day.

Traffic - well that's a different story but definitely work on additional linking up and proper tags as basics. It doesn't happen overnight and can be good - but you're a small boat in an ocean full of large ships - so be careful who's working on your marketing and SEO - plus try and get original content as most tubes either are copies or steal content off of other tube sites.
