Paypal issues
There is an issue with Paypal in the last month:
the website is so slow to download: when i tried to log in, i saw google-captcha (seems antibot service) But now i see a raw html page without CSS - i can't login  BTW in other browser using vpn the website works fine wtf? Does anybody has the same trouble?
