I have met the owner a few times. We approached him to buy his studio (which was his residance at the time). Approached him directly and asked for $800k, I found the public listing for $650. LOL.
We made an offer, but he required us to have him be his tenent for 6 months so he could find place to live. We turned that down. Not sure what happed to JP.
