Are your Paxum withdrawals rounded to the nearest dollar?

Noticed that my last two EFT withdrawals were rounded down to the nearest dollar.

Withdrew $AUDxxx.30 at Paxum, received $AUDxxx.00 in my bank account

Withdrew $AUDxxx.02 at Paxum, received $AUDxxx.00 in my bank account

For withdrawals prior to these I received the exact amount stated.

It's a bit odd. Anyone else noticed this?

Sorry not related to that question but have you tried to reach out to their new ticket system? I am using Mac/Chrome and cannot find the messages i sent to them on their new platform. I am very confused as of where my messages are (i can only view "Archived" not active current support tickets?

Yeah that's broken for me on Firefox too.

For a while there was a notification was saying I had 5 new messages, but when I clicked on it the screen said no tickets here. Couldn't figure out how to clear that notification. It's still showing 1 that will not go away.

The old ticket system was based on BBS software, whereas their new ticket system appears to be based on email.

BTW when I first submitted a ticket it also disappeared... couldn't see it at all.

It also says the ticket I opened a few days ago is from "1 year ago"... and the reply I made to it yesterday doesn't show.

This is alpha testing level.

yep this is the same issue as me.
Also with your withdraw question I did a few going to Canada and so far the amounts were not rounded (sides from the bank side fees) the amount was exact.

It happened again.

Requested withdraw of AUD 1500.00 + AUD AUD724.22 (two transactions)

The sum of those two amounts is $2224.22

I received $2224.00
