High revenue on tier 3 depends on volume of your traffic, best works floater push ads from admaven.

Keep in mind that most traffic companies identify tier's based on geo-location only, and its fairly inaccurate to identify the customers potential buying power, based on the nation alone.

I decided to quickly check which networks perform the best in tier 3 in our system. Took Indonesia as an example.
So, the leaders are: twinred, adcash, exoclick and adsterra. Their cmps are quite higher than other. Let me know some details and maybe i'll pull out more accurate data for you.  |

Dont you think these screenshots made by some Adsterra affiliates' or someone else who wasn't allowed to get those rates? all stats they using are from 2020!! I believe it's fake proves.
