Not sure what aggregator is, bad I think it's more a skin thing than the aggregator itself

Looks like a custom job. Use HTTrack and reverse engineer it.

I don't think your site is using an aggregator, you're presumably just using XML/RSS/API from one site, Stripcash and starting a thread here for some cheap hits. Hope that helps.
