The promotional tools and their sites seem to be around 10 years old. Obviously, this isn't a problem as
long as there's a market willing to pay.

My concern is that I sent Everest Cash a question just over 3 days ago and still haven't heard back from
them. Speaking only for myself, a lack of any kind of response for more than 3 days leaves me wondering
what will happen when it comes time to pay.

Lot of teen stuff. I've been promoting them a long time. Not real sure if I've ever sold anything for them though. Might check just to see. Someone's paying the bills for sure.

It's been almost a week since I submitted a support ticket. Makes me wonder how long

They don't sell much these days, but no need to worry about getting paid. Just link them to an existing ccbill account and get paid by ccbill. They ran as traditional ccbill style site before offering their own tracking.

Sign-up via CCBill is still there: Everest Cash CCBill signup form

Now login at the Everestcash site and hit "Personal info". You can enter your CCBill id for the program there. It'll be tied to your everestcash username and you should get paid by CCBill.
