Been a while since I was in the industry but a friend aproached me asking for OF alternatives.
She’s doing some BDSM content, wet etc and OnlyFans keeps restricting what content goes on their platform.

What is currently the best alternative that is kink friendly?

She talks about building her own website, but the work and the costs…

One thing is to set something up. That is easy, but getting paid ( Apple, CC, PayPal etc.) is not..... and do not mention crypto, so far that is a dead end.
