There are many ad networks you can choose from. See which one looks best to you. From my experience, I can recommend you Trafficstars, Popcash, Popads (popunders) and Mondiad, MGID, Taboola (natives/push). I also advise you to check with their support team if you have any questions.

that list mentioned does not looks trusty
any bigger ad company's ? that would truly pay per click ? as those where tested with worldwide clicks and did not counted them.
