Do you know that major singers who get billions of views on youtube buy views, did you see anyone of them got banned ? of course no and you will never see because giant companies like Youtube & Xhamster do not care about what people do, they only care about showing ADS to earn tons of money.

Yes, youtube's official policy is they don't tolerate this shit. But in practice they don't investigate the issue too much. You'll be fine as long as the fake subscribers aren't so shitty that even Nigerian scammers won't touch them.
