You want to try an operating system but you do not want to install it ? just use https://www.onworks.net/ , it offers nearly all types of operating systems you may be interested in ,everything is free and you can even save your sessions to google drive so that you can continue your work later when you want to leave the website.

Alternatively, if you want to try an operating system but you do not want to install it ? just use theft! Theft offers nearly all types of operating systems, along with computers that you may be interested in, everything is free and you can even sell the stolen computers, so that you can continue to profit from your 'work' (theft) later, when you eventually need to leave the country.

Or you could just still install virtualbox or wmware and do whatever testing you want.
