Yes it would, but you wouldn't be able to get waterfront anything for that kind of money here. Also if that only costs that much then i'm sure a further away from the water normal flat would be cheaper and nicer, also for much less then here.

Well there's a pool and a dock, someone has to pay to maintain those.

If being aware what HOA fees generally are makes me a baller, I'll take it.

Never commented on what is a good investment, I was surprised that someone would call an average figure "insane".
