I presume you could do this yourself in ten mins by adding such as vBulletin or any other forum software.
The problem is most webmaster forums have shut down, and I presume much fewer affiliates are in the game. Also running a forum is a nightmare. I set one up years ago (so if I can do it then it is very easy to do), and it just had spam on, that I had to spend all my time removing. Also I suspect social media sites killed forums. On the flip side some say social media is on its way out, so it may be forums take off again.

I have not seen this site before.
I had a look and they charge. $99.00 for each month. They also claim to offer 'case studies, tutorials & video training worth $11,652'. I would question how popular they are considering they have only 2,806 Followers on twitter/x. Perhaps people join, but one wonders if they stay members long. I suspect that if the site was popular then they would charge $10 at most a month, or have the forum free and use paid adverts and charge for the vids. But if your aim is to do something like this, then presumably you will need to create a LOT of vids professionally, and have 'experts' on the forum. In sounds like you would need to invest a huge amount in content and staff, not to mention advertising on websites and magazines in order to be seen.

You don't really need a developer, and honestly, 50/50 is alot of money to spend on one.
Instead, Look around for pre-built forum software as there is alot out there, and most including vBulletin, have a paid member feature. Most forums can be customized to work the way you need them to. If you really want a custom solution then hire a programming outfit (like us!) to do it for you. You will have to pay for the development time but it will be cheap compared to a 50/50% revenue split. You could also take the hybrid approach. Get an existing forum software, then pay a programmer to customize it. This is the fastest, cheapest way to get it done. Good luck!

If AffiliateForum.com properly developed, STM may go out of business.

In all the will in the world, you could get run over next month and the site simply fails when the domain is not re-newed. With respect, the two domain names are not that special and I could probably find something more brandable and shorter. Lets say it took off and you may sell it for 10 million, would you split that with the person, and what if that person does not want it sold? But with respect, I think the site to take off will need a huge amount of cash to promote it and for vids if you are using them). Anyway, I wish you well, but I suspect that this will end up going no place.

What would be the point? Gfy, black hat. So many that already work.
Oh, and there aren't any affiliates making any money. So no way to monetize it. |

STM is very useful for larger companies and affiliates. For the standard solo affiliate marketer, though, probably not as useful.
I was a member for a little while, I liked it and got good use out of it for what I was doing at the time. GFY is kind of like the remains of what was the porn affiliate gold rush, but there are still a lot of smart people around and can contact them at any time. Building up a new affiliate forum just for people to do the same thing on doesn't sound appealing, just another site to log into. Mainstream affiliate marketers also don't really like giving away their secrets or even helping anyone, much less than adult.

I'd be interested to know what names you think are better for an affiliate forum or a webmaster forum than AffiliateForum.com and WebmasterForum.com

Forums fail because of LACK OF ACTIVITY
When people see empty subforums or low posting activity, they refuse to participate This creates a downward spiral You have to create a critical mass of activity before the forum takes on ORGANIC life Source: Webmasterlabor.com has helped build up several successful forums in several industries by populating them with content and fostering and maintaining conversations |

This is not 2001. Anyone can get a version, as there are many free such as webmasterforum.io. Or webmasters-forums.com even forums.co. You seem to think WebmasterForum.com is some prime domain, and it is not. If you want people to pay $90 per month, then you need a short brandable domain name. Something 3 or 4 letters. I am not sure why you are also obsessed by the forum side as the site you posted seems to be more about the vids and other things they include. many free webmaster forums have closed so I do not understand how you think yours (free or paid) will take off. The reality is that all anyone has to do is post vids on youtube and get money from views and affiliate links in your description. Reading between the lines, I have the feeling you think you have two great domain names and hope someone will do lots of work and you take 50% or whatever. Let me maker a prediction, your site(s) will not go live this year, and if you do get them going that even free you will have only a few users who will probably use it to spam there service. The thing is you have twitter, reddit and discord these days, I just do not see why you think you will get people wanting to use your forum, especially if they pay. Those that do join, may just request a refund because it will have so few members, just like a dating site. But anyway, I suspect you will post why I am wrong and how you are correct and how your going to make millions, and I suspect in 12 months the site will not exist, or if it does it may just be a free forum, with no more than 10 people who use it. I would not be surprised to see you try to sell the domain in 12 months and find the most you are offered is $100 for both domains. Anyway, I hope it goes well, but I think you think your sat on something of great value that, I think is not worth a great deal.

I went to both AffiliateForum.com and WebmasterForum.com and both go to a page saying domains for sale, so it looks like your plan is to flog them.
