The ones that have credible allegations against them get their links removed and a bolded comment added to that effect at the top of the review as a word of warning to interested affiliates. Also, those reviews tend to drift to the bottom as other programs that are actively updated with confirmed payments are "bumped upwards".

I have good experience with NATs and CCBILL sponsors. Do not like much these in-house scripts. However, if you have any good adult program running on their script let me know. I will be happy to sign up under you and try it out. Just need a reliable program that pays the affiliates.
