In the long run you are probably best to invest in somone doing this for you as I suspect you would in the long run get more sales from a professionally done site rather than trying to safe a few pounds/dollars by doing it yourself.

In fact I will be blunt, don't do this yourself if you created the nikkiladyboys.com site as it looks dreadful and looks like it was made in 1998 with the screengrabs that look like they are taken from a VHS tape.

Yes, the cost of having the site done is not cheap, but the result will result in a lot better conversion, to the point you will kick yourself when you think all the sales you have lost over the years from not doing so.
