It would mean that most promo stuff out there would be softcore and people would need to pay for hardcore. Basically a CC verification like during the good old AVS days.
But this is not a matter of 2 years, but more like 50 years, until it reaches all countries, if it even reaches them all. People will just host offshore and surfers will use a VPN or other methods. Impossible to implement, but european bureaucrats love to pretend they are working hard. |
