Vin Diesel accused of sexual assault by former assistant

A former assistant of Vin Diesel is suing the actor for sexual battery, alleging in a suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles she was assaulted while working on the "Fast Five" film.

In the suit, she claimed Diesel "forcibly grabbed Ms. Jonasson, groped her breasts, and kissed her" at a hotel suite in Atlanta. "Vin Diesel ignored Ms. Jonasson’s clear statements of non-consent to his sexual assaults," the lawsuit alleged.

Here we go again.

My first gut instinct is to believe it's B.S. because it's the "in" thing to do now. A way to gain some instant status or money when you otherwise wouldn't be able to. It's perfectly possible that some of these cases are legit and of course every case should be investigated, but it's happened so often, with so many fakes, does anyone really believe it on outset at this point?

If you are a famous person and you are not using your platform to call attention to the outrageously corrupt legal system in the United States then I don't give two shits if you got falsely
accused.

Anybody with an IQ of room temp knows that you can falsely accuse anybody of anything and have next to zero consequences even if you are found out. Look at Amber Heard. She is a proven psychopath and domestic abuser but she still is in the new Aquaman movie.
Anybody with a pulse knows about the absolute disgusting situation going on in the family court system where you can coach a child to report false abuse and when discovered your kid won't even be taken away from you.
Most human beings are absolute trash for standing around while this type of thing goes on while displaying signs that say "Injustice anywhere is Injustice everywhere,"
Show me where Vin Diesel has spoken up about these issues when it didn't directly affect him and if he hasn't done it then he can go fuck himself.
The problem Vin Diesel has is he is part of the Hollywood system and almost everybody remained quiet and continues to remain quiet about a ton of abuse that is real. I've dated a lot of actresses and I have seen the text messages they get.Business is mixed with pleasure constantly. They are also made to do degrading scenes they are not comfortable with.
