What are the best ways to stream videos from your own website?
How can I add some free videos to my website without using too much hardware resources? What are the best video players or alternatives for that?

If you have several free videos and many users, your web server may choke - consider adding a streaming server to your domain. You can ask your hosting provider to help you with this. You could do this easily from just about any sized hosting plan, even small vps plans. If you have hosting with support, you could simply ask for guidance to make this possible.
