Need Advice Growing AI site

I've built a complete AI chatting platform from scratch, I have roughly 4000 characters on the site, all mostly hentai. The site has been up for a couple months, our primary source atm is Juicy Ads. However, I've spent several thousand dollars on it without significant traffic and unimpressive CTR. Google Ads initially worked quite well, until they banned us for adult content. I'm currently modifying the site to contain less outright porn from a glance, however all the characters are user generated so I don't have that much control over the exact content of the site at any given moment. So, from what I've read on the site my two other options are SEO and Affiliate marketing.

So my questions:

SEO:

What qualifies as content posting, how to optimize posted articles/blogs?

Does buying up backlinks still work, according to Semrush we have 300,000 backlinks or so, however the organic traffic is less than 100-200 a month from google.

If backlinks do work, where is the best source to buy them, and how to qualify a good/bad backlink provider.

Affiliates:

What is a good format/requirements to reach out to affiliates and where to find porn creators willing to affiliate?

Are there any affiliate networks smaller than something like CrakRevenue?

What is a good RevShare % for a recurring subscription for any affiliate, and how much should I pay out initially to sweeten the deal based on the size of the creator.

How many cold emails/dms does it usually take to get an affiliate?

All help is massively appreciated, and I have no issues with paying for any help anyone here can offer.
