Worried about AVS? Don't be. DON'T BLOCK THE TRAFFIC !!!

Hey guys!

I know loads of you are worried about the AVS laws and the changing times, but; don't be.

I am not here to only offer a cheap solution but also to explain that you don't need to, and should not need to block the extremely valuable US state traffic. EVER. Having said that; never block any traffic. Even if it's Chinese, VPN -- anything. Traffic is traffic, and your servers should be configured so that it doesn't affect you in any bad way.

In any case.

For US webmasters, the following is the key:

- You can have your domain registered in the US (as in, under a US controlled domain extension and under a US based domain registrar, e.g. VeriSign (.COM) and NameCheap), but the domain itself should use a Virtual Office service located outside of the US and outside of the European Union, e.g. think nations like Turkey, African islands, etc. anything that won't raise any eyebrows as far as the first checks go.

- Your website should NOT provide a US based DMCA contact. If anything, using a Virtual Office you will be able to get away with just using an email address. This can be a Proton.me email address that you connect to via a VPN. You do not need to provide a physical address on the DMCA page if your website isn't owned and/or operated from within the US.

- LEO's (Law Enforcement Officials) can view unredacted Registrant Data of any ICANN domain even if it uses a WHOIS privacy service. If they view yours, and even if you're using WHOIS privacy, but if all they can see is some company from Belize, that's quite literally all they will need to know that this website is NOT operated by a US individual.

- I do not believe it to be likely that they would have the resources or the manpower to subpoena every US based registrar out there for payment records to see if a PayPal account or a US Credit Card was used to pay for the renewal of the domain, etc. This is more to do with litigation, and while it is not legal advice, it simply would not apply in this instance.

- They will go for the low-hanging fruit. People who choose NOT to adapt to the times... People who leave themselves exposed....

The same applies for the UK webmasters, although there is a very small chance OFCOM will do fuck all.

In any case... let me know if you want to chat, we host many KVS based tubes and some paysites too, and can probably provide you with a 60% to 70% reduction for your total hosting bill, on top of getting the Virtual Office service for free (meaning: for all your domains).

Please note:
- Your legal counsel may advise you to sign a contract, and that is entirely doable, but having someone's company in your domain's WHOIS does NOT make them the rightful domain owner. It is much more complicated than that. History of the domain ownership itself, payment records, et cetera... would basically more than prove that you are in fact the rightful owner of the domain name. Just putting that out there for the paranoid among us...

In case you wanna hit me up, email is [email protected] and the telegram is @anonymous_hosting

Once again.... DO NOT BLOCK TRAFFIC !!! Content is king, but traffic is traffic at the end of the day. There is no bad traffic, and I am saying this as a former webmaster. Even if you decide NOT to go with my solution. I can point you to someone offering a similar service, or a way to do it without paying much, if at all... but like I said, this will work.

Obviously, they will ask the local ISP's to *block* the foreign-owned and operated sites not complying with the AVS sites, but you would do the same thing PornHub and XVideos have done for countries like India for years now, simply create "mirror" domains, e.g. yoursite2.com, yoursite3.com, yoursite.lol, et cetera. If anything, it will give you a boost in the traffic as well.

Once again:

Email is [email protected] and the telegram is @anonymous_hosting

CHEERS !!!
