Norton contact option
Dear GFY Community,
I need your help finding a working contact option for Norton to get real assistance with disputes. I’m trying to obtain proof of a False Positive report or at least get the "suspicious/cautious" labels/categories removed. The only way we’ve been able to contact Norton is through their standard dispute forms: https://submit.norton.com/ https://safeweb.norton.com/submit_dispute But they never work. Never. Even when I receive an email stating, "The website rating has been changed successfully," nothing actually happens. When I check again, the "suspicious/cautious" flag is still there... Does anyone have an email, Skype, or any other way to contact Norton? Has anyone tried calling their phone support? Thanks in advance for your help! ![]() ![]() ![]()
