many sites use FHG to grab content and host it on their own site... whether it's photos or videos.

Due to age verification laws and compliance requirements, we will be removing free hosted galleries on February 3rd, 2025. These will be redirected to newsensations.com.

This change DOES NOT affect any of our other promotional tools, tours, sites, link codes, tube tools and video clips - ONLY older hosted galleries. We are fully compliant otherwise.

You can keep your existing hosted gallery links if you wish for the redirect or delete them from your database(s) and website(s).

We apologize for this inconvenience but we feel this is necessary given the new laws, regulations and landscape.

I think ultimately this is the way things are going, at least in the short-term. We were told that these laws would be hitting hard in 2025, and they definitely are.

I'm currently integrating AVS into a variety of client sites, and into my own product, LoginBlue.

The thing people need to look out for, is whether they can trust the third-party AVS they choose. So far, I've had some very interesting conversations with a variety of potential partners, and some of those conversations definitely suggest that depending on who you choose, the legal risk isn't entirely mitigated.

Others obviously know what this means but a quick google didn't reveal the answer so I'll ask the question - "FHG"?

Have Visa/Mastercard changed their rules on adult verification? The processors will then have to align and then their clients in turn also.

Why remove? Couldn't they just block/redirect/blur them for countries where AV is required? I noticed some programs do it.

I guess it might not be too long before sponsors are telling affiliates they can only promote them with SFW material, unless the affiliate has their own age verification in place.

I was reading the other day that Google are testing their own facial recognition system for age verification. I wonder if that might be a solution - you could just log in to adult sites with your Google account, just as you can with many mainstream sites now, and it does the verification for you? However, perhaps the - wording of many of these adult verification laws already precludes it.

After looking at the site there are two problems

1) https://agechecker.net doesn't seem to work with industry companies like Netbilling or CCBill etc.

2) there are a few ways but facial recognition using your webcam is not there. Saves from pulling out your ID

This is the answer. Make all FHGs pg13 and you might see people joining if they have to join to see the goods. But then again with all the tube content out there, it's still hard to get people ever to pay again.

When I started in the industry in 2001 I ran free non nude TGPs and promoted NN and softcore websites. I made a killing promoting sites like Lightspeed girls with only non nude photos. I wish we could go back to pre 2006 when tubes took over.

As far as affiliates residing outside of US states or countries like the UK and France already with draconian age verification rules, none of this will really impact conversions will it (until the place you live brings in the same rules and you have to implement age verification on your site)?

I mean, anybody thinking of purchasing a porn membership must surely know how to use a VPN. Pornhub blocking a particular site or country is essentially saying 'use a VPN'.

Is there any indication that the raft of age verification laws thus far have impacted porn sales, or even traffic?

Everything in project 2025 is great except the porn part. The porn part is the only thing in there with case law and 1a protected. I’d love to see them take down tube sites
