First let me introduce myself. I have been running a successful Onlyfans agency for 2 years now, I went through a lot but still a long way to go. At one point we had 8 models and were making above 100k a moth in revenue (not profit). We were mostly focusing on reddit and doing only blackhat, as time passed reddit became more and more difficult and we decided to switch to completely organic 2 months ago so we had to start from 0 and we let most of our models go. Now we have 2 active models that we are marketing as the others are not suitable for instagram. I am in charge of chatting within our agency and I will be mostly talking about that.

Why am I posting my journey?

1. There is not enough content about onlyfans chatting out there
2. To connect with like-minded people
3. Hopefully help someone


Recap:
When I first started out I had no clue about chatting. Was not using scripts and was chatting on OF directly without a CRM. But as time went by I learned about CRMs, I hired my first chatter, trained the chatters and made a scalable structure (chatter recruiters, team leads, VA's...). What I would say helped me a lot is building systems and SOP's using Airtable, Notion and Zoom. Once you see you are repeating the same task day by day, film a zoom of you doing the work, make instructions on Notion and set up an automated payment calculator on Airtable. This will save you a lot of time to focus on scaling your business and improving your strategy.

At first we started with paid pages and then shortly after we switched to free pages which I think work great especially with reddit subs you just have to filter the time wasters quickly and focus on the spenders but now I am thinking of switching back to paid as our main traffic source will be instagram and threads and I also want to focus more on building relationships. The best model is currently doing 30k a month and we get around $13 a free sub. So 100 free subs = $1300.


Plan
I will take the opportunity of lower traffic to optimize everything. Starting with online mass messages. This week I built a scraper to scrape cretorhero data and input everything in Airtable. This way I will be able to easily look at data through Airtable interfaces and see what messages and times work best based on the response rate of the subscribers. And I am no programmer, you can build a scraper easily using Claude AI. I also built a bot that sends a message to a telegram group in which my chatters are in every time the message has not been sent, the message is not sending (if there is a bug with CH) or when a message was sent in the last 2 days (in that case the chatters will need to send a different one). This saves time for chatters and me, holds them accountable and I get notified every time something is off.

I also created a competition amongst my chatter on who gets the best response rate in the upcoming week gets a $100 bonus. I have seen improvements in not just the mass messages but on overall chattting as the chatters are putting more effort in everything because they are in a competitive inviroment.
