Officially, there are none.
There is no search bar on OF, so it turns out that models with a high success rate, models who are in the top 1 will be shown in the feed more often. Usually these are the models who build personal relationships with memes and bring traffic from social networks.
OF has direct agreements with X and unofficial agreements with Meta. So promoting your account on all social media is one of the main points.

And memes can also find you also through the “friends” list of other models. This is where socializing and interacting with other models and collaborations helps. So it follows that it's important to be part of a community.

What are your observations on this?

I think you are confused. There is no "feed" unless you (the user) is already following the person in question.

That's always been one of creators biggest complaints.

Yes, I agree with you, that's what this is about. It's more about the fact that you can and should drive traffic from other platforms. And models can also create collaborations

One of my clients is working on solving this with their platform. A real plain, normal feed, with a priority spent on subscriptions appearing first/more often.
