🚨 Big news from Texas: The state legislature is moving forward with a groundbreaking new law requiring age verification for AI-generated pornography.
House Bill 581 just passed the Texas House with strong bipartisan support and now heads to the Senate. If it becomes law, platforms offering AI-created sexual content deemed harmful to minors will have to verify users are 18+, using government IDs or other trusted systems, without storing personal data.
