1) Know the story:
Some 15-year old kid videotaped himself pretending to be a Jedi Knight... his friends found it and posted it on the Internet. It was so bad, he was going to sue over it...

I feel bad for the kid, I am sure his peers are merciless. A lawsuit, though? Against who? For what? You used equipment that didn't belong to you to film an activity you engaged in inside a public building. Your rights have not been violated, you just did something boneheaded and now you're paying the price.
