yo just thought I'd let you know about my great results (finally)

Creatine is good for a temorary boost of muscle strength. Once you get off it, you come crashing down.....workouts aren't the same, muscles shrink a little. It's just not worth it to me personally. Also there have been many reports of Kidney problems with creatine. I have heard it from people I know and in news articles. when I took that stuff, I made sure to drink gallons and gallons of water.

Creatine is responsible for withholding water of your organism. In other words, it's not pure muscle gain.

yeah true but it helps you lift more because you are heavier, and your muscle memory remembers that even when off
