most TGP sites are way off loaded with free shit
if TGP is clean i mean no consoles/exit popups of any kind and galleries its hosting are the same, would a surfer pay like a buck or two to get in or 3-10/monthly..
of course you still can have totally free tgps where freeloaders get all kinds of nasty CJ

i'm thinking let the surfer preveiw some stuff as much to get them interested in wanting to stay and bookmark your site, ask him to send few bucks to your paypal email (no subscriptions, no chargebacks right?) and give him total access
you could go further making AVS like tgp systems where you have circle of tgps accessed paid only once, etc..

i'm sure it's been though before, i'm interested in hearing reasons why its haven't been done, did any one tried it? are there any legal issues or anything preventing of doing it?
so far i see that traffic pumping-converting race takes attention from other opportunities.

another thing that bothers me, tgps generate alot of seems-like useless traffic, well if it convers poorly for paysites, maybe, just maybe its worth to know a bit more about your visitors and offer them variety, maybe not even adult oriented? i mean after guys wacked what is he going to do/think next?

paysite owners, what is the average time members spend on your site per visit? how often do they come per month in average?

It would seem like a good idea, but you have TGP's that will not follow your plan and still give away the good stuff. I think some people tried to make AVS protected TGP's and that didn't go over to well. If you are going to try something like that then you would have to get everyone in on it and not just a couple of sites. Didn't we all try that with TGP2.

as long as surfers see and feel the difference between paid tgps and free tgps that is not an issue.. of course if you have same stuff on paid on free sites, why pay?

i don't see a problem with paypal if a random guy send me $1-5 to access the site

free loaders get tons of ads to see among the content
paid surfers get a well targeted, better laid out pitch in a suggestive way, maybe doing like reveiws of paid services

ok, so now we have one obstacle in doing cheap access TGPs
paypal, are there any alternatives? do CC processors accept small charge amounts? like 3, 5 bucks? will there be many chargebacks on small amounts when users are not rebilled automatically to higher charges??
lets start small - one time fee to access TGP, will you ever chargeback 5 bucks? no, its gonna cost you more to press a chargeback, and remember you're not BSing users this way, get get what they see, should be a very small number of unsatisfied once.

Why would I as joe blow surfer decide to fork over even $5 to you, as a one time fee, for something that is free essentially everywhere else. You wont have a huge TGP so you wont have search engine traffic or type ins, so people who find your TGP will most likely have seen others, so what about the actual content or delivery will make them sign up. I think thats the key point your missing.

i havent been in tgp business before, although have a grasp how it works
in the recent past i've been doing some work regarding TGPs and got me thinking about huge free archives, that would not hurt market if these archives be accessed for a little fee, i have no solid business plan and marketing model, this thought is very fresh and raw to me, before investing more i wanted to see feedback and whether its considerable by others
from what i've got so far, i know other people thinking about same thing and already have scatches on paper.

i think if guys pay 30-40/m for paysites considering there are tons of free stuff already (yes i'm aware of difference between paysites and free stuff), i'm sure low cost alternatives can produse some cash flow too

So you want gallery makers to buy content, make the gallery, and submit it to you so you can sell access to it with no compensation?

Also, what are you going to do once the said galleries start to hit the archives everywhere, and the webmaster changes it to something else? Now your surfer has basically paid to become infected with an auto dialer.
