The strange thing is you havent linked the text at the bottom which in my experience seems to pull a lot more clicks than the banners, even with a bit of text beneath them.

Your sponsor uses (maximizing) exit consoles, we prefer sponsors that don't. Gallery looks okay to me.

Seriously, dont waste your time submitting that gallery.. It blows.. No one clicks on banners anymore.. You'll end up making

with having only banners, get it designed proffesionally.
