What I do: Do nothing all day long and smoke LOTS of weed.. That usually makes me feel so fucked up that I'm motivated again the next day just because I'm scared by the idea of pissing my life away

i think about my daughter and how expensive college will be when she graduates. or i think about all the people who drive around in 70k cars and live in multi million dollars cars who really haven't earned that type of money.

I just take a day off from the net and all its trappings, go out for while with some friends that arent webmasters / computer heads and just have a few beers, burn some and then head back home.

Usually a day away from the game makes you get a fresh view on things that really are just hanging you up and pissing you off.

Lately, I have been into mountain biking and hitting some really wild trails on days where I want to toss in the towel and say fuck it. Ride the stress / pissed off feelings out of you.

pack some clothes. burn some CD's. withdraw some money. Take your keys. Hop in your car and Drive away for as long as it takes

usually a small 3-5 hour trip to my family, alone, does it for me for the not so huge probs...

But, I was burnt back in 2001... I took off for a trip through Canada all the way to Vancouver with an Ex Girlfriend.... 3 weeks...

I came back wanting more... really ready to take on the world

Same thing last Holliday, was not feeling too well... I drove all the way from Montreal to San Diego for work, cleared up my mind..
