I'm at Lionel-Groulx college...about 15mins north of montreal in Ste-Therese..

So you're aiming for philosophy hmmm...one of the few mandatory course that I liked in college....had over 80% in the 3 courses...One of my friend graduated recently at University De Montreal in philosophy...only thing is there's not much you can do except teach or write books....

I know you're a snowboard fan, don't expect anything like the rockies around here tough Some nice place to board around still....Tremblant, Val St-Come...if you're near quebec city; St-Anne and Le Massif are both awesome...especially the lates one...some gorgeous landscape around there.... Vermont also provides nice place to board...(owls head, jay peak etc...)

i have a Bsc in Genetics, with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Alberta. doing my masters has absolutely zero to do with trying to land a job lol.

yeah, i know the snowboarding is nothing like Banff. fortunately i'll still have a place in Banff after i move to Montreal, and will be heading back for a couple of days each month.

i've been to Tremblant already, actually not too bad

Yeah I guess LOL I was mostly speaking for my friend
As for me, I might do something else once i'm done with computer sciences...will also depend on my financial situation, but philosophy is something that i'd like for sure...

Recently moved from Montreal to Ottawa. Right on the Ottawa river. Love to come back to Montreal for any webmaster events and some smoked meat at Schwartz's.

As I said earlier, we could all do a BBQ and drinks at my place one Saturday in August/September. Just need to figure out which dates work best for everyone

August 16th is out as we have an extreme wrestling show that evening. That leaves August 23rd or 30th, or September 6th. I wouldn't want to plan it any later than that as you never know what the weather will be like!

If you Montreal guys are up for it, let me know the bast sates and we'll work something out. We're out in the West Island in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, right between Boul. St-Jean and Boul. des Sources.

Of course, I'll supply all the food and drinks (and the extra beds for the guys that pass out early ... as some always do! )

I doubt 200 webmaster will show up. There was about 500 webmasters at the Cybernet Expo in June, and that was from all overthe place.

Le vrai mot se prononce (tabernacle) alors pour les variantes, il peut ben utiliser un K ou un QU ça change absolument rien car aucun à raison.

I've been a hermit for way too long, time for me to get out and meet the montreal webmasters (and webmistresses).
