if someone gets your email pass and then logs into your registrar and changes your whois info to fake stuff and also changes domain email and then changes your registrar password.

WTF can be done to the person? or is the domain gone forever?

Ummm give them a listed phone number where you live in your name and have them call you back? Might work. Fax them a scan of your ID on your letterhead? They all have set ways of identifying yourself, call and ask them.

Call your registrar, they will work this out. It's a serious matter and they will do anything to help, if not... sue 'em!
