can anyone take out the shirt in this pic? like if I'd want to print just the hands, with a white backround? I suck at this, and enlarge it without being fuzzy?

The resolution on that image is not very good, you will have trouble enlarging it from this. If you had a better image, it would be pretty easy.

Clean it up and do whatever you wish.
Though it's really not too good for enlarging...

Those dots are light grey on top of transparency, so in front of white background it'll look better

I blew it up, but you can see how fuzzy the edges are from the original jpeg

yea the resolution is way bad
probably be easiest just to draw it with a marker
