there are no laws in the United States which say this sex act is obscene this one isn't. Community standards, fisting in one locale may wind you up in jail , in another place maybe it's fine.
Seymore Butts was arrested and tried in L.A. over a fisting scene - he beat the rap for the most part - think he plead guilty to a reduced charge and paid a fine. That's my memory of it but I could be wrong.
