Take it out of your start menu. If you can't find it there, look in the registry under "services" and delete it.

You might want to read this before you do anything - looks to me like it could possibly be the w32.spybot virus

If you've got XP you can do it through the control panel.

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

See if its there. Some command in the boot process is trying to open it, and services is the only thing I can think of other than the start menu. There may be other places to look, but I did my MCSE training back when win98 & NT4 were the most popular WinOS's, so I'm not entirely familiar with the technicalities of XP.
