Customer Email support software?

I need some kind of software that will let multiple employees answer email questions from my customers. It needs to have one click answering for many of the frequently asked questions we get. It also needs to support more than 1 product/website.

So for example, customer requests a refund via email, employee sees it is a refund request and clicks button 6 which automatically replies with details of how to receive a refund.

Any software do this? Any recommendations?

I personally recommend OSTicket written in PHP. Nice software, easy to use and setup. The hardest part about it is configuring it to work with sendmail or qmail automatically, but it also allows for POP3 email checking. It's decent and free. You can find it on Hotscripts somewhere I'm sure.

I'll second that. RT is good stuff too. It really depends on what you want.

Goodluck to you.
