Where I could find programmer?
What are the best sites to find freelance programmers ?
I have good experiences with Scriptlance.com but are there other popular ones? I need a programmer who's fine with MySQL, Perl or / C++ and Java / PHP would help. Quite big project separeted on few "modules". No need to work full days, but must get things done. This comes actual as soon as I got project description ready. Let's say by end of this month.
