I'm not sure who owns it.
If just a webmaster, then I think he isn't using that domain good.
Way to many pop ups, so a surfer will get rather scared then click on a link to Page Seeker.
I'd probably set up a paysite review site, to get more profit per click and some bookmakers.

But if Page Seeker owns it, that it's a completely different situation.
