How are tanning salons as a biz? I almost got into it, and made an offer on one small one, that I used to go to and the guy was selling cheap, but then changed my mind after reading about liabilities with UV radiation giving people cancer and stuff.

Its nice and its positive cash flow weekly not like most resturants etc.

But yes like anything else there can be liability issues.

Another good one that almosts never loses is gyms.

You will be suprised how many people come into a salon and pay 100 bucks for 20 points and never come again, and how many people signup for a year to a gym they go 5 times and thats it.

Both are also 70% cash

Yep same here. Bought an expensive year membership and only went a couple months.

I couldn't handle the stench in the men's locker room after working out. And what really broke the camels back I walk in one afternoon after working out and this fat old fucker is lying down on one of the benchs stretched out naked with his sweaty ass germs I'm sure leaking down. The guy then blows a trainload of hardcore farts on the bench. The kind you know are blasting out particles with the gas. He gets up and doesn't even have the courtesy to wipe it down. So I go over to look at it and sure enough there are brown shit drops from his fat ass all over the bench.

Grossed me out so much thinking this locker room has got to be loaded with germs, bacteria, viruses and STD's. And I never went back after that.

Yeah I used to work at a gym for a while ... some people do the grossest shit in those change rooms. Dudes would always sit bare assed in the change room lounge on the couches and watch TV. Can turn you into a big germophobe in a hurry. LOL.
