webmaster referral program question
are there any webmaster referral programs that payout when a webmaster joins their program?
i.e, a webmaster joins the program but doesnt make a sale and i still make some $$$ from the initial signup?

i seem to recall that up until around a year ago ars had no requirement for the webmaster you referred to make a sale - guess they stopped for the reason redshoe pointed out.
there must be some program left that does this though surely?
