![]() Anyone have this?
They say its 384k upstream and 1.5 - 6mbits vairable downstream for $99/mo... Curious how often you get above 1.5mbits (or closer to 6mbits down) |

You probably have to live right ontop of the exchange to get anything remotely that good. And have brand spanking new phone wiring.
I got duped into lame ass MS DSL, saying the same thing. I pretty much ditched them a week into service. |

I have an SBC DSL connection.
1.5Mbps down, and I get around 1Mbps to 1.25Mbps consistently. Never any higher, but rarely does it get slower than that, so it's not blazing but it is dependable.

Yeah.. the home user $26.95/mo (for a year) deal for 1.5mb x 128k is pretty much unbeatable.
I'm curious about this business deal and that 1.5mbit to 6.0mbit downstream though. Aren't you supposed to have a 30 day grace period for such things in California? If so, maybe we'll just try it out and see what it's like. |
