I was just wondering, I've just spent the whole day in front of my CPU and I'm just sooooooooo stressed out you won't even imagine..... I feel like hitting something...

So, what do you guys do when you're feeling like this??

Oh, and please, don't say "pot" or "drinks" because I still have a lot of work to do today.... Even though I'd like some right now....

let me see...

when i wake up i take a cup of coffee, i check my stats, i go for a shower, check gfy, update my sites [ aprove galleries & check trades ], after that i gonna work on my new projects, take some lunch, check gfy again, download some mp3's, play a game of counterstrike, then work again on new projects, check stats & go watch tv or a DVD

something like this ?

try putting on some soothing music that u enjoy...and take a break from the pc...stretching helps too...or I just leave and go to the gym

take a break, have some sodas or get a coffee. then get back to work. make it your routine. soothing music also helps.

Look for places to advertise for free and go workout in the other room. Also, a watched pot never boils so get busy, keep moving, go for a walk, set a world record for sit ups... etc. Just don't sit there all day staring at the monitor because you will just gain 50 pounds like I did.

My hands are all sored up, I hate wearing gloves to punch my sand bag... So everytime I do it with my bare hands I get this little cuts and bruises.....
