Very few niches are untouched, but the key is if you are planning on starting an exclsuive paysite is to go after a small niche and add a twist.

There is tons of money still to be made in this biz, but most try to build the same teen niche sites.

Well I have been involved in major mainstream patent lawsuits, anyone that holds a patent thats worth anything is acquired in 5 seconds by a big company.

It's no secrect that the trading thats been going on and the stocks up and down are pure insiders fuckin with people.

The biz I think for one will be 99% movies, all these pics and pics related things will be history.

Meaning paysites with just pics, TGP's with just pic galleries will have 5 surfers.

Every industry the more people get involved the harder it is to make money, but the key is to always come up with a new twist a new idea and you will make money.

Remember sex sells regardless, but the more creative and unique the more you will sell of it.

I think thehun will still be number 1.

I think in 5 years there will be no PPS, the 3 page tour will be history, the BS plugin sites wont be able to exist because of chargebacks, I know this sounds crazy to some but 2 years ago who thought that AVS and many other things will be gone by now.

As long as there is email there will be spam.

If the site converts and is unique any real revshare promoter will go for 50/50

The first thing I do with my sites is promote it myself, webmasters go thru TGP's and MGP's just like regular surfers. Some webmasters like myself even join sites to see if the members area is real.

One of the keys in retention is weekly updates (movies and pics)

Also paid spots on sites to promote a new program works, I spend money on many sites.
