I'm looking for a crew to work with.

1) Programmer who knows Java/PHP and can also build windows applications
2) Flash fan
3) Photoshop fan

I run an emerging company with a collection of over 1000 domains. At the present, the comany operates a dozen websites, some of which need some work to be done.

Coordinator.com

WebHostingForum.com
FileDownloadNetwork.com

Conditions are negotiable. Paying good money.

I'm looking for responsible people who are not overloaded and are often online. I also have an apportunity to get you an entire customer base if you are in the business of web services as I have undreds of contacts and operate web master oriented websites.

I worked with guys before. I referred to them many clients and they got overloaded, so they are now working too slow and I decided to look for another team.
