My favorite series of sci-fi will have an end, and maybe even more.

http://www.watchfarscape.com/news/ar...php?newsid=481

I just have to say WOW, to that web fan community who have work for at least one year to get to this series, at least to have a proper ending. Not sure if this is a first time, but to those sceptic that think that the web can't changed anything, it just did...

Is it really worth getting in to? It always looked like Muppets in Outer Space with a few humanoids (some weird colors). I couldn't get into it.

First off, they were not all muppets. Only two of the regular cast members were and they showed more emotion than most humans did.

Secondly, it takes time to get into it. I was not into it the first season but by the end of the second season, I was loving it.

I am glad that it is coming back

Seriously.. if you like Sci Fi at all.. then start watching it from the beginning.

I downloaded all the episodes in order off kazaa, after it was cancelled.. didnt feel too bad about it. :D Actually.. if it wasnt for all the hoopla around it going off the air I would probably never have watched it at all.

http://www.snurcher.com/episodes/ for a list of the episode names.

Pretty good shit really.. much better then any of the new star treks or anything like that IMHO. A good sci fi series is rare.. :D

It's actually a pretty good show. Doesn't have a lot of intense special effects (though what they do have do a good job), but there are a lot of good writers and the actors pull the whole thing together pretty well.

Too bad it's only a 4 hour mini-series..would like to see it return in syndication as a weekly series.

Ben Browder..not bad for 43 years of age!

I can't get past the muppets. It looks kinda cheesy. I like Stargate though.

It also took me at least 5 episodes and more to get into that series. This series is great because of the stories and the characters, not because of the special effects. The puppets stuff can be pretty arwfull at moments. But Farscape have the best badass never seen on tv. Scorpio is by any mean, the most intrecate and patient of all the vilains i have watch to date. He is, all by himself, the spinning effect of that series. The Scarans are also really bad poeples. And the Peace Keepers, are all you could expect from a dictatorial organisation.

I always though that a series is dictated by how credible and beleivable the characters of the vilains are...and Farscape have put the best of them in place. That's why a series like Firefly died, because the vilain were left obscure most of the time, and when they brought it up, it was too late and not very convincing.

The Matrix has the same problem in the end, where the machines were not convincing and credible. That's why the last episode was so bad. In fact, thoses machines were bad from the first to the last movies. And agent Smith characterisation left to be desire in the last installement too...

Gigi Edgely. She's hot! My husband likes her alot, especially because she moves alot like a cat in the show.

Boy, Ben Browder is HOT, HOT, HOT!

Raelee Hill is pretty yummy, too. (The redhead, Sikozu.)

OMG, I had a HUGE crush on Kai from LEXX! And Xev was super yummy. I especially liked her with the longer hair.

It's hard for me to find other girls that share my enthusiasm for science fiction.

It's not said yet, but surely they have a done deal with someone to proceed like this. All i know is that it won't those fucking assholes at the SciFI channel. I hope it in one of the public TV like Fox, NBC, ABC...but in all conscience i think it would probabely be on UPN. Fox would be a good choice, after all, they did try with Firefly. What an incredible way for them to test this with an already established bases of fan...would be a logical choice.
